Found this incredible designer gown at the thrift store; I hadn't known it when I grabbed it but its retail cost made my jaw hit the floor because I had purchased it at quite a steal in comparison. I must admit I struggled to gain the courage to paint on a designer gown knowing once I'd start, I couldn't stop. There was no going back.
And what was I painting on it you ask. Snake skin! I was creating Medusa and her Gorgon sisters and this gown was going to be front and center.
I was very pleased with the outcome! A painter I am not but for the love of all things creative, if there's a will there's also a way!
